It’s interesting how the tone of the news reporting on NPR hasn’t changed one iota.

“Nonchalant” is how I would describe it.

What we’ve got here with these tacos is one carnitas (pork) and one pollo asado (grilled chicken). They come with diced onions, cilantro, and salsa. I had them add some queso and créma.

This is the only taco truck I know of in this part of the Bay Area that offers cebollitas, the little pearl onions that take it to the next level. 🧅😋

One of the only things I miss in France.
