While at the grocery store, I jokingly asked my wife if we should get another bucket of icecream, knowing perfectly well that we already had a full one at home.

Without hesitation, she said yes, proving that nothing matters anymore.

Spotted this moose when I stopped for a water break during this morning's walk in the woods.
I guess that we were both thirsty.

Apparently hand bruises take longer to heal than ear bullet wounds.

Ah, now I see it. We misread the spacetime map and took a wrong turn near the end of 2024. 😬

For years I have had inaccurate comments put in my medical file by doctors in regards to causes and treatments for pain.
This has resulted in inadequate or improper treatment by other medical professionals who chose to discard my experience over the ill-informed comments.
After considerable time and effort I eventually got actual experts to address this and have my records adjusted.
One even adding "he likely knows more than you about pain, listen to him."
Advocating for ourselves is hard.

The magpie is on our patio. Not good as it always poops there.

I yell at it from inside the house.
It looks at me, but doesn't move. The game is on.

I get up from my chair and yell again.
It takes a few steps back, but stays on the patio, staring at me in defiance.

I step closer, repeating my demand, but it doesn't care. I'm still inside afterall.

Only when I open the patio door to step out does it crap on the patio and fly just out of reach, but close enough to mock me.
