  ブレネー・ブラウンと学ぶLiving Brave Semester、3週目が終わりました。ここで1週間のお休みがあるので、少しゆっくりめにビデオを観たり、課題に取りかかったりしています。この1週間で、遅れを取り戻そうとしている人も多いと思います。日本からの参加者で集まっているFacebookのグループでも、なかなか意義のある深い話し合いができていて、とても嬉しく思っています。コースに参加していなくても、ブレネー･ブラウンの提唱する「心からの生き方」に共感する人なら誰でも参加できますので、お気軽に参加表明して下さい。参加されたらひとこと自己紹介をして頂けると嬉しいです。 3週目のテーマ
