I drove to the doctor this morning in a fog. A white man leaned out of his car coming towards me shaking his fist at me.

One of my kids threw up twice this morning from election stress.

A GOP fascist was stumping for his candidate outside of the polling place. He started up a convo with everyone on line. As he approached my Black woman self with a mask on, he sheepishly looked at the ground, took a deep breath and spoke to me. I laughed and moved up in the line.

I think some have a hard time coming to terms with how violent, cruel and barbaric some of the people who live here actually are.
