The judge presiding over the Tremaine Carroll rape case has ruled that Carroll — who stands accused of raping two incarcerated women while an inmate in a women’s prison — must be referred to with she/her pronouns by witnesses and court officials.

A Muslim man who raped a 13 yr old British girl has avoided jail by claiming that he didn’t know it was illegal. Adil Rashid told psychologists that the child “tempted him,” and that his madrassah - located in the UK - has taught him that that ‘women are no more worthy than a lollipop that has been dropped on the ground’.

Judge Michael Stokes chose to hand the admitted rapist a suspended sentence, saying that “ it is quite clear from the reports that you are very naive and immature when it comes to sexual matters,” and adding that Rashid’s “lack of assertiveness” meant that sending him to jail might do “more harm than good.”

The harm done to the child victim by denying her the justice she deserves apparently means nothing to Michael Stokes, nor does the harm done to the British criminal justice system in general by this blatant example of a two-tiered justice system.

British citizens can go to prison for years over an internet post, but when a Muslim sticks his dick in a child, the system - and Judge Michael Stokes - couldn’t care less.
