Hmm, that makes sense. since i’m living alone, sometimes i feel emotional outbursts

What I usually do is rant on social media or watch anime. anything to distract my mind.

i'm a little jealous of someone i know who has strong beliefs. it seems they can turn those beliefs into something that suppresses their loneliness

i hope that in the future i can learn how to manage my loneliness better
