I'm looking for help desk software right now, and I'm realizing that I'm not looking for open source tools so that I can build/deploy/maintain them myself. In fact, I very much want to pay someone for the trouble of hosting the software and working on it--I'm an obsessive (in a bad way) sysadmin and a middling coder.

What I'm looking for is really more of a commitment that the developer won't screw me later. #OSS isn't a guarantee of that, of course, but it's a pretty good proxy.
