A8. On Sunday, my club's ride visited The Revolution Cafe, a cycling friendly cafe inside the Cotswold Cycles bike shop in Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire.

It was a last opportunity to visit before the shop closes down and the cafe relocates.

I couldn't help but wonder what had caused the damage to this frame hanging on the wall of the shop. Perhaps I am better not knowing.

I hadn't thought about particles on new chains before. From your post I think I would be surprised if I saw it. All I have done with new chains is cleaned off the grease before installing. Which tends to be a whole debate all of its own!

My inner-child screamed at me to ride through.

In the end I didn't.

The second I put my camera away a beautiful #otter casually wandered across the water in front of me. If I had ridden through, maybe I would not have seen the otter and I would choose that experience every time.
