McDonald's in Brooklyn, New York, banned people under 20 from entering the place without a parent or ID. If they come in and have money and want to buy something, you are going to turn them away just because they didn't flash their I'd or driver's license. You are trying to prevent crime, but people over 20 also commit crimes. You not solving any issues or problems.
