Protect smaller #windowmanagers from #wayland and #x11.

Most DEs are predicated on using toolkits such as #qt and #gtk, some of whom are slowly dropping compatibility with #x11 -- especially applications which use them.

I would like to remind everyone tjhat #wayland is touted as the future, yet it's not. The backwards-incompatibility with X11 is shocking. Don't be fooled by this casual disregard as "progress".
