@YoWatShiinaEsq Cool! My top tip for pie crust (or scones) is using a cheese grater on the cold butter into the flour. Small chunks of butter are a pain to break up without adding heat so this starts them off small.

@YoWatShiinaEsq I asked my kids who speak German how to say it and they didn’t know ? I made it to one very packed market in Berlin last November and it was charming! I was also in Dresden as they were setting up the many markets they have there, right before it was announced that they had to be cancelled due to Covid. Not this year, I hope!

They do have Christmas markets, starting from 26 November this year.
