@mattl @Dingfelder You can do this though the Mastodon web app. Go to Settings, Follows and followers. Select the Followers tab and look at the Relationship arrow: bidirectional if mutual, unidirectional if not.

Unfortunately, there is no export for Follower data, which would be useful if you have too many followers to review by eyeball.
