This scene in the forest made me think of a tent, and of course I started to imagine who and what could possibly live there. Maybe a little troll mad of stone?

1. Quite a big rock in the forest partly lit up by sunlight and with a lot of shadows too that is reminding of an old tent seen from the side. Two branches are leaning against the rock in the shape of a V upside down. Some moss is growing like spots on the rock and there are some cracks at the left half. Most of the background and surrounding lays in shadow, but you can see two small branches at the upper right side making the shape of a V and some fir branches are hanging down above the rock.

Childhood Memories

When I was about 11-12 years old, I subscribed to a comic magazin, The Phantom, drawn by Lee Falk. He fought against the bad guys and lived in a skull cave in the jungle, hidden behind a waterfall together with his wolf/dog, called Devil, which I loved to read.
I thought of that cave when I saw this birch trunk the other day.

I've been feeling like I don't really fit in anywhere for a while now, so when the rain was in the air today I took a trip to the woods to enjoy the birdsong and just breathe.

An #introduction and a selfportrait.
I am a 58-yo woman from Sweden. Photography has been my hobby/passion since 2010 and my pictures are straight out of the camera (unless otherwise stated).
I try to convey my feelings, thoughts, experiences and my inner life via my motifs. The images are often abstract or suggestive and are usually about something other than the obvious, regardless of the motive. BTW, I am a hugh metal fan 🤘
