to already post math on Akkoma 3.15.0+, e.g. https://temml.org/ helps getting MathML from LaTeX; only works if the server allows composing HTML posts though
With “Annotate” checked it iirc also fallbacks gracefull’ish for older Akkoma and presumably some other MathML-stripping servers
