leaving aside the bridget discourse there is one thing i need to say and it's: outfit is on point ?

@tost i mean jokes aside the allure of julia for me is how naturally it blends in with the way i write equations, so it helps writing mathy scripts

if i need something done ill usually stick to either julia or go full shell but the latter is not very cross-platform and i don't know how "exportable" the former is

also there is the people who say shell should be reserved for short scripts rather than writing long programs on it but owell not gonna pretend i understand those high level arguments :pika_smile_sweat:

i'd joke about asking tosti whether i should learn go or lua but she was the one who told me to learn julia so i guess i'm covered in toast-approved(ish?) langs
