I changed my mind, I'm going to keep worm.pink going. I'm sorry if you migrated because of this, and for any other inconveniences this may have caused. I got a lot of sad messages and I care about this site more than I thought I did, so I changed my mind. I got hormonal, blame my endocrinologist. Female gamer moment.

I'm gonna spend the weekend doing server maintenance stuff. I want to migrate everything into rootless podman containers and I will update things in the process, then I have to rewrite my backup scripts.

I'm not gonna make another liberapay yet, just to feel something.

if you want to migrate an account, on the other instance you need to make an alias for the account you want to migrate from. ok akkoma this is in settings > security > account aliases. you would just put user@brain.worm.pink for example. then on your worm.pink account go to settings > security > move account, and add the target account user@newinstance.social, & enter your password.
