If “defining a woman is impossible”, then WTF are these men claiming to be? What are they identifying as? What even is a woman only space they so desperately want to go into if “woman” can’t be explained?

NO. THE ANSWER IS NO.

There are people having absolute breakdowns over women being accurately defined in law & it’s simply because their entire trans belief system is a lie. There is literally no other reason.

They went all in on men being women & - BAM - they’re not. They never were. Deal with it.

I have been in litigation for three years, taken to federal court by a man who claims to be a woman, and had to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars to pay for it, to defend my rights & the rights of all women & girls to have boundaries. My hair has been rapidly falling out for 18 months.

You have absolutely no idea what women are going through because you don’t listen to us. You are too comfortable in your own arrogance (and misogyny) as you pontificate that “pronouns are respect” while completely disrespecting women, truth, reality & the language which provides you a living.

You listen to and side with the likes of Wu & McBride because you know they are men & your loyalty is to men. Nothing more, nothing less.

My hottest take is probably this: I think gender ideology has gone on for so long simply because many powerful people are too embarrassed to admit they fell for something so stupid so instead they double down.

What’s it’s like to fight gender ideology:

There isn’t a woman in the world who would have to take me to court to be in a woman only space. It takes a man for the landmark Giggle v Tickle case to exist.

Jasmine (@jazzmoi3) spent the day in a Civil Appeals Tribunal to fight a vilification claim brought on by a man who claims to be a woman because he also claims to have “breastfed” a baby, Jasmine had the good sense to publicly say “NO” & he thinks that is vilification. Seriously.

So, basically, the most “oppressed” & “marginalized” people in the world were funded by the US government. Good to know.

Gender ideology is the stupidest ideology of all time. Just say some of it out loud. Like, “they wanted tax payers to fund the boob jobs of convinced criminal men & put those men in women’s prisons” & it’s like… how did this entire ideology even get beyond the fringes of Reddit.

“Gender identity” in legislation has destroyed women’s sex based rights, parental rights, LGB rights, freedom of speech, belief & association.

Anyone who wants gender laws has to find a way to do it where it doesn’t take away anyone else’s rights.

**Giggle v Tickle updates**

• Tickle has applied to cross appeal, wanting the decision upgraded from “indirect discrimination” to “direct discrimination” + more $$$ in damages and $$$ in aggravated damages.

• The Australian Human Rights sex discrimination Commissioner has once again applied to intervene. They intervened as amicus curiae in Tickle v Giggle and interpreted the law to favor gender identity over sex/legal sex over biological sex.

• The Australian Christian Lobby has applied to intervene on the side of sex based rights.

• The case management hearing is scheduled for February 12 at the Federal Court in Sydney.

• It is likely that the appeal will be heard in August, 2025. This appeal is to the full Federal Court. That means 3 Federal Court judges not 1. Due to the cross appeal, the hearing is likely to go for 3-4 days rather than the usual 1 in an appeal.

• The reason the Giggle appeal is to the full Federal Court and not the High Court is because the Tickle v Giggle decision got both facts about the case & facts about the law wrong. So it remains a Federal Court matter.

• After a full Federal Court appeal decision, the side who didn’t get the decision in their favor can apply to go to the High Court. As I have said from the very beginning, I am willing to do that if that is what is necessary.

• The Giggle legal team is Stuart Wood AM KC, Bridie Nolan, Anca Costin and Katherine Deves.

• The next updates will be after the case management hearing & will address whether the cross appeal & interveners were permitted.

The issue is, no one transitions from female to male or male to female. No one. Humans do not change sex. No transition occurs. The whole thing is a lie.

@tachardiella During Tickle v Giggle, I’ve always been like “if you genuinely think he’s a woman, shouldn’t the allegation be sex discrimination?” Gender identity discrimination is actually an admission he isn’t a woman, which is my entire point to begin with.
