Focus on pressuring the national governments in each capital (which then blocks and vetoes shit in the Council) to follow Draghi's main MONEY recommendations.

@hgbruenker @nimi There is A LOT of sunk cost from national governments, half of which are quite ideologically trumpy and happy to kiss the ring while some of the others (Germany) are so mercantilist that they don't care about condemning millions of Ukrainians to live under Russian occupation as long as it gets them cheap Russian gas.

So all of this kumbaya talk means nothing without MONEY invested in common capacities at EU level and sovereignity pooled even further into the EU.
