I'm really hoping I'm wrong, but it feels like they are rushing toward an 'ENDGAME' they didn't earn. I LOVED 'THUNDERBOLTS' and I think 'FANTASTIC FOUR' is going to be great, but I need to see a trailer or something for this MASSIVE film before I get onboard.

To me that means an actor who can be funny without trying, meanwhile keeping a stoic look and a deep confident voice. Spock is the perfect example of a character that embodies this role and Peck plays Spock masterfully, like in this scene here...

People may wonder why, since he apparently retired from acting, but he has returned to star in a recent movie with his son. Whether or not he will continue acting is still up in the air. SOLID RUMOR: Patrick Schwarzenegger has been spotted on the set of 'AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY' (that part's a fact) and the rumor is he's going to be our new Cyclops once the #MCU reboots the X-men. It's possible he may be a one-off variant or something, but this is exactly the kind of casting Marvel Studios is focused on for their next big phase. If true, I think it's great. He's an underrated actor and he could really give us an interesting Scott Summers. 😎

We are in PRE-PRODUCTION of the MCU X-MEN film. This is where the team is being gathered.

We already have a script, penned by Michael Lesslie, which worries me slightly. I never saw the Hunger Games film he wrote (Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes or smn), but I did unfortunately see 'Assassin's Creed.' That one had more problems than the script, though.

Jake Schreier (Thunderbolts*) is in talks to direct, and he could save a mediocre script. 🤔

Sometime this year, 'IRONHEART' is going to drop on #DisneyPlus. MARVEL really dropped the ball with this show. For starters, it was filmed so long ago the entire plot was leaked and there aren't any secrets left. Second, Riri isn't as popular as she was years ago. This really should have dropped right after 'WAKANDA FOREVER' to strike while the iron was hot (pun intended).

THR broke that Ryan Reynolds is working on the script for a Deadpool/X-men crossover film. He's working on this separately from Marvel Studios and plans to pitch it to Feige once it's done.

This could be really good, but I'd rather he wait until the new X-men film is written and tie it into the MCU properly. We can be done with the multiverse stuff once 'SECRET WARS' is done. 🤔
