Every time I think that Pres. Joe Biden is stupid, he manages to say something even stupider.

Maybe it is just a coincidence, but Pres. Carter will lie in state in the US Capitol, and afterwards Pres. Trump will lie in his State of the Union speech at the US Capitol.
