@kaia Maybe the rebar does double-duty and is connected to a "real" ground somwhere? I guess code could allow it with sufficient thickness of the rebar

Also, do you happen to know what the wire that goes into the concrete grounds? The rebar inside of it? That probably wouldn't make much sense? 🤔
