A law about making cancelling stuff online as easy as it is to sign up for it in the first place, and not HAVE to ring the company concerned - having found you CAN'T cancel online, and it automatically renewed while you weren't looking - and then endure a scripted conversation aimed at convincing you to stay before they finally, reluctantly and almost in unbearable pain accede to your polite request to "No, no, no, no to that as well, just cancel it, PLEASE," cannot come soon enough.
One tick to sign up, one tick to cancel. That'll be nice, eh?
