@evan partly depends on the airport. The larger the airport the earlier I get there. Also depends on whether or not I have checked bags or not.

@tchambers I don't think the average user understands Passkeys at all. All of a sudden this word appeared and we're asked if we want to use one without knowing what the heck it is or how to use it. There needs to be a LOT more education for the average user.

@elipariser @wearenew_public This sounds interesting. My first question is "how will it be moderated?" to avoid the abuse that happens on existing community forums.

@evan I wish I could do a few of the things suggested but I don't see how. Trains don't go where I need to be and I don't have anywhere to plug in a car (no garage, no outdoor electrical and in a high salt environment - bad for exposed outlets). Trains work great in the north east of the USA or in Europe but practically don't exist for most of the US. Hell even bus service here is crap. :(

@evan I voted for Havarti but it really depends on what kind of sandwich one is making. What kind of protein? Hot or cold? What kind of bread is it on? etc. etc.

@evan how do you define "real". My name here has been my online moniker since at least 2003. I had another before this one (back in CompuServe days). Other than a specific instance where my legal name online is a matter of public record I have never used my legal name online for a variety of reasons. The most basic is that I grew up with an appreciation of privacy that that I believe in to this day. However I also consider my current moniker as "real" as my legal name.

@evan plus it's in another country. How would you feel about another country influencing the politics of the US, or Canada?

@evan US citizen here, living in the US . . . being held accountable for the current administration feels like the group assignments in school where one did all the work but gets a poor grade because the rest didn't participate. And I have to say I kinda resent that idea.
