@evan as a resident of Michigan I find this idea reprehensible. We have a democrat run state, democrat senators etc. Why kill those who don't support DT?

I love that the announcers covering Olympic surfing know when to be quiet. They have excellent commentary when they do speak but I've never seen any other sports coverage with so much simple silence and it's fabulous! #Surfing #Olympics #Tahiti #ParisOlympics

@evan I'm not going to wish you a speedy recovery as I don't think that's realistic. Instead I'm virtually sending you boatloads of patience to deal with a complicated recovery process, with a generous side of good humor to get through it all. Thanks for the update.

@evan in these times "anti-war" is too general. Which war? The war in Gaza? or the war in Ukraine? I'm against one and for the other.

@evan No but I have an extended visit every year, partly to enjoy this particular holiday.

@evan Here in Bali (where I am right now) they do this every year on their New Year's Day - for an entire 24 hours! In addition to turning (or lowering) lights no one leaves home, all businesses are closed, even the international airport is shut down. It's heavenly!

@evan I'm a strongly disagree because I believe that happiness doesn't come from anything external, it comes from within ourselves.
