@ludicity I note she is from NZ where I know they have their own issues with racism, and possibly currently going backward, but reading this I can't help also thinking of First Nations people here.
The proliferation of cultural awareness training and acknowledgement of country, RAPs... and ongoing unfettered racism. I can't begin to imagine how fucked that would be to have to deal with daily.
