@badnetmask bouldering walls aren’t as high. It also doesn’t require a partner. Top rope has you going up really high and requires a harness, and therefore requires a partner.

@badnetmask OMG I’m still having nightmares about my fall. My foot felt like it dislocated upon impact, and then shifted back. Apparently that wasn’t a dislocation, but sure seemed like one. It’s swollen to the size of a baseball. I can at least hobble around. Went for physio today. I’ve injured this ankle before, from a bouldering fall, so at least I know what to expect.

This made me want to cry happy tears. The impostor syndrome is real, yo. Self-doubt is always creeping in. That’s why it’s so nice to see lovely comments like this. It makes me happy to hear that the work I do is making a difference in the community. 💜💜
