hi, some questions about #wayland app development (i have a project and im not sure if it's even possible on wayland, sway specifically, would prefer making it implementation independent):
- is it possible to have an always on top window that moves itself and is transparent?
- is it possible to always get the cursor position, even when the window is not focused?
- is it possible to get the geometry of the currently active window as a background window?
