Now that we are getting more #MobileLinux devices with a working camera we might need to get an linux #immich app to help us sync/backup/share photos.

Luigi311 (luigi311@mastodon.social)'s status on Monday, 06-May-2024 19:37:51 JST Luigi311 @Blort @clacke It lets libcamera work on devices without a dedicated ISP by handling it on the cpu, this will setup the cameras and do all the adjusting it needs to to get a good photo and since its libcamera based it would apply to all applications utilizing gstreamer so it isnt application specific. Without this only milipixels and megapixels 2.0 are able to use the librem camera at all, this will let gnome snapshot, qr scanners, warp, web browsers etc all use the camera and get same quality
