This way smaller servers can keep their resource usage more mangeable. It also works on the receiving end. "A server may choose to process all sharedInbox activities."

I think LLM/AI/Agents should be local. but also their own standalone piece of software your other applications can call. I don't think every application should be baking in their own models.

So, Yes, AI under user control. but No in the implementation.
