    Aujourd'hui, j'ai fait mon premier #100pasouf de la saison. (110km) 💪

    Le départ de la rando du dimanche de mon club cycliste se faisait sur la rive sud du fleuve Saint-Laurent, à Lévis. Je m'y suis rendu à #vélo par le vieux pont de Québec.

    Au retour, j'ai roulé le long du fleuve avec une cycliste du groupe. Je l'ai lâchement abandonnée au pied de la côte Gilmour! J'ai préféré faire le détour par le Vieux-Port pour m'éviter le dénivelé. 😅

    Avec près de 650 km parcourus depuis sa mise au point annuelle chez le vélociste (à la mi-mars), il était temps de

    ✔️ Dégraisser la chaîne et la cassette
    ✔️ Faire un bon lavage

    Il brille comme un sou neuf! Enfin presque 😄

    J'y pense, c'est la première fois que je dévoile ici son petit nom... 🤔

    Bilan de mes #30joursÀvélo

    Je n'ai pas roulé à #vélo les 30 jours d'avril, parce que franchement, avec la pluie, le vent, le froid polaire et parfois la neige ou même le grésil, j'ai eu la flemme.

    Mais j'ai quand même réussi à sortir mon vélo 17 jours sur 30, dont 11 jours sur 21 en #vélotaf.

    C'est un record pour moi, pour n'importe quel mois de l'année, alors je considère ça un succès. 😎

    Et demain commence le #MoisDuVélo au Québec! Alors c'est reparti!😄

    L'assemblée générale annuelle de Vélo Québec (qui avait lieu la semaine dernière) a été l'occasion de nommer deux membres honoraires pour leur contribution exceptionnelle à l'avancement de la cause vélo au Québec : Simone et Giuseppe Marinoni.

    Ce dernier est le fondateur de la marque réputée du même nom.

    Je veux aller travailler à vélo demain, il fera beau soleil. Mais les prévisions météo :

    -15°C / -24 t. ressentie à 8:00
    Vent O 20 km/h, rafales 40 km/h (de face bien entendu)

    Je ne crains pas le froid, c'est le vent qui me fait hésiter...

    Apparently, yesterday was Bring Your Dog(s) day for one of the company owners! He was already at work when I came in, but was out of his office, which is just besides the front door.

    Which means when I came through the front door, I was greeted by two large but friendly Beauceron dogs. 😄
