General CQ Brown, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, wasn't fired by Trump because he "supports woke policies." He was fired because he's a Black man in the nation's top uniformed military post.

Today, Republican Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna of Florida stated that she intends to call members of the Warren Commission to testify for her investigation of the JFK assassination.

The problem, of course, is that all seven members of the Warren Commission have been deceased since 2006.

President Biden should order the National Archivist to publish and certify the Equal Rights Amendment. I doubt it'll hold up in the courts, and I don't care. Make it a problem for the GOP. Force them to explain why women aren't equal in our Constitution. What is there to lose?

I honestly can't stand when journalists use the term "culture war" to describe an argument over whether or not trans people should be recognized as worthy of human rights.

Cable news producers: no, I will not come on your program to "debate" opposite Trump surrogates on the question of whether trans people are entitled to basic human rights. I urge you to sit down for a few moments and try to imagine someone you love being asked to do that.
