I think i just told somebody "i'm using Vim for longer than you exist".

This getting older thing does have it's amusing sides ;-)

Weird issue on #openbsd :

When i change display brightness in xorg, the system hangs for a few seconds.
When i run vmstat during that i get a jump in the run queue:

Putting the flacs on #mindisc was the best i could do for myself, since i don't have a tape device currently.

The 5-year-old complained that i didn't order a 7.6 release tshirt for him as well. He really likes puffy

It kinda looks like the acpi0 interupt storm thingy that i found described on the misc mailinglist in the meantime.

@solene i tried the bios setting mentioned in https://marc.info/?l=openbsd-misc&m=169825704712673&w=2
and at least for now that seems to do the job. Fresh boot is fine now, even after sending the thinkpad to sleep a few times.

For some reason i have 1 core running at 100% on my #openbsd installation every second boot or so. top/htop don't show anything using up that much though. And apm is running.
No idea how to debug this right now, too much of a n00b with this still..
