i read the whole article without understanding in what court Mexico is suing Google, i'm curious to know where these things are decided

well, it was too late for that on Jan 21

our leaders knew he was a liar convicted of 34 counts of criminal fraud but they still allowed him to take power

our intelligence services knew of his financial links to Russia & Saudi Arabia but they still allowed him to take power

our military and our justice system sat on its hands

now everybody's crying abt how the powerless people should "do something" the powerful would not or could not do

i can prove that isn't true because this people voted for Kamala & my vote was not even counted because i live in Louisiana

the reality is that what happens most of the time is what happens most of the time and Americans live in a system where the game has been rigged to make sure rural bigots win most of the time

absolutely agree

i can tell i have phrased something badly because of space limitations but the most powerful people are paying million dollar bribes to the fascist, those who claimed to oppose fascism are instead moving to Canada, & it doesn't seem quite fair to demand the most vulnerable among us to fight when the most powerful have never lifted a f'n finger

they will take our whole lives when all of this could have been stopped by one judge...

small private planes crashing is just business as usual

BUT

two legacy commercial flights failed immediately after the FAA was given the message that heads are going to roll, safety is no longer important to US gov't, & safety related jobs are no longer respected or secure

IMHO the attack on employee morale & the understaffed towers was clearly a direct cause of AA 5342

suspect but don't know sloppy maintenance/low morale played a part in the Delta "rollover"

all retailers support DRM-free epub, if you got a DRM book on Amazon (you probably didn't but it HAS happened) it was because the publisher requested it

Amazon is a lot of things but they do not insist or even recommend that authors or publishers DRM their books
