PSA: The Microsoft Exchange SU for November appears to have borked the Transport Rules service. Many reports started coming in on the Official Microsoft Exchange Team Blog in the comments section for this SU.

I know software can be hard, but this is looking to be yet another bad SU from Microsoft for Exchange.
