The Umphrey’s McGee set from April 28th with them playing in front of of a screen with the silent version of Nosferatu is gorgeous. It has a very Krautrock leaning vibe. It almost reminds of later Amon Duull 2.

Skullgirls 2nd Encore is available on Mac and for that reason alone I’ll buy it even though I own it elsewhere. Every competitive fighting game on Steam is PC only and it makes no sense at all. These descriptions remind me of a the music of Current 93. David Tibet is or was a Catholic for a bit I believe. I always found that fascinating.

Buffalo seems to have a great little experimental, improv, jazz scene but I oddly only saw indie rock and hardcore I the city. Pittsburgh, Manny Theiner and the city of Cleveland all provided that to me and my college friends in higher quantities.

Such a heady whatever the fuck mix of whatever. the sounds never sit still for long but when they do they end up at something equally strange. it has a No Neck Blues Band quality about it and that is never a negative in my book.
