My announcers for this basketball game are Australian & American. I’m sure this isn’t a he case on NBC but my two get the job done. They’re good but have more of a Euro league vibe compared to an NBA energy.

This new Bardo Pond is pretty primitive sounding even by there standards. I’m not sure if I’m enjoying what it’s doing to me yet. I’m liking in a Dead C kinda way and not a Bardo Pond way. It’s not as if it doesn’t hit a similar sonic place.

There’s a nine disc collection of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Original Soundtrack. That’s a whole heck of a lot of music for a title that like its predecessor was a little more minimal in its scoring. This doesn’t seem very minimal. #Zelda #Nintendo

The Sherman Brothers were the last of the Tin Pan Alley style song writers. I heard this song in the Contemporary Resort in Disney World and love it but had no clue TSB wrote it. Rest in peace to Richard M Sherman who passed away this year. @clifff Early UK dubstep is pretty unique but I understand why folks aren’t into it. Like all of these genre it’s morphed many times over. I’m personally just a fan of the full continuum of UK dance music..

@clifff He’s a full on dance music creator at this juncture. His sound hasn’t changed much over that time but I assumed him sharing a headline set with Fred Again & Skrillex might have pushed his sound in another direction but not much.

I saw him in a small bar in Cleveland about twenty years ago as Four Tet. I also saw his band Fridge at Allegheny College in Meadville, PA once as well. The very school attended by one Trent Reznor for a short time, it was his hometown more or less.

One of my favorite stories! I’ve wanted to know how many people The NAC chartered to Washington on January 6th? I’ve also wondered how many were later arrested, in error of course. How could it have been anything but after all that history was so elegantly rewritten?

Sometimes at my office it feels like everyone is trying to one up each other with their gun knowledge/skills. Yesterday’s discussion was why a “hammer” is a necessary tool. Phish’s Soul Planet from a few nights back seems to lean into Kosmishce/Krautrock’s more momentum based practitioners. A very lovely ride I’m on currently!
