Mike Missanelli’s return has brought great sports talk back to the airwaves of Philadelphia. Today as I drove I heard a great Barkley into Dr J interview. He’s had long relationships with both athletes over the years. Barkley is always more animated with him in this setting compared to say Dan Patrick. Good local sports talk radio has been missing from my radio dial and it’s fantastic to have some back. I’ve never really had a relationship with WIP so I rarely head to that spot on the dial.
Going from Newtown, PA to Bristol, PA in my work guise is such a head fuck in many respects but both are hardcore Trump country. Bristol less of course but not much. Newtown though, massive Trump/Vance signs everywhere but it isn’t surprising since it’s a township with lots of rich or semi rich residents.
@clifff I was just thinking about him! Nice, I can’t wait to listen oand The Bunny myself. I used to see him in some Pittsburgh band where they all wore lab coats annnddd, I don’t remember what they sounded like but I remember them breaking old keyboards. :)
I’m working through the weekend so probably no #Phish fest for me. I do look forward to everyone’s postings about the event and I’m very much into listening to not only the live music but also The Bunny Radio!
Right media is going to run wild with this M-Pox news. We live in such a stupid country that any human could think that monkey pox was planned because of an election but that’s exactly what will be discussed. Reality through the lens of one’s church group takes families on quite the journey these days.
I’ve heard of but never watched Brian Lara swing a cricket bat. This player is an artist with the Willow. His wrist action and accuracy is uncanny here.
@AG3rD@bethbjammin I’ve never had a screen protector but I do alays purchase a nice case and that’s always worked well for me in the past. My phone is now having to facial recognition issues but hopefully this doesn’t effect much.
I was taking one of my clients to his day program this morning in one of those vans that folks have been using as living spaces. My phone fell and screen spiderwebbed a bit at the top, no issue as I love the device I have. In my mind and in this post I keep likening it to Duchamp’s Glass, now my phone is complete! Interesting way of approaching this unfortunate break. My IPhone Pro-Max 13 is now destined for a home in an unnamed art museum, somewhere!
Persona Arena Megamix is a title I’ve always loved and was glad to see it re-released through PS4 a few years back. This is brilliantly playing title regardless of your fandom for the Persona franchise.
It’s now my quest to play all of the fighting games I own with the new lever-less fight stick. This is an indie title called Skullgirls that’s been around for many years now. It was featured at EVO in one of the championship slots a few years back. It’s a fantastic labor of love that deserved such a headlining spot for what they’ve achieved. #FGC#Skullgirls
If interested in fighting games my PSN user name is Fireponrome, add away or ignore. :)
The story of one of the greatest minds in the wrestling business named Sam Muchnick. A St. Louis tradition on par with that St Louis baseball team not named the Browns.
The right is still digging into this stolen valor angle even though it’s been proven false. They currently have little else I guess. He retired before the deployment!
