I’m listening to Andy Ngo on Larry Elder. He’s in Europe currently and poor Andy says he’s being hunted. That’s unfortunate. I wonder if he’ll ever be found? I’m curious what will become of him. I wonder why he’s not in Portland anymore? Perhaps he should return as I’m sure many might like to speak with him as well.

Great record from a band from Philadelphia. A hardcore band yes but this album sounds like Nirvana. It’s all pretty ugly stuff like these lyrics might lead you to believe.. I’m into the ugly sounds.

I really enjoyed the Nintendo Direct’s 3DS & Wii U era. This is a most excellent overview but it’s Scott The Woz, this guys video work is always super creative, loooongg, informative & deeply funny

Every year I’m always impressed by how good these little league World Series players are. I’m watching the Japan Region vs the Latin American Region and Japan’s fielding is next level stuff.

Marilyn Monroe in the movie River of no Return along with Robert Mitchum. I’ve never seen this but I believe I’ve heard of it. It’s on GritTV tonight, a local Philadelphia sub channel. All westerns and pretty excellent if you enjoy them. Commercials just break me out of films and make me want to change the channel. I’l just go download the movie, marvelous Marilyn Monroe shot though!

I’ve never seen the film and only heard their recent music so I’m starting at the beginning. 2014, Philly, recorded in Fishtown. I never ran across them then, but wish I had. This is excellent noise pop with lots of great ideas. Excellent first LP.

@chris I wasn’t aware of this but there’s one positive for Oklahoma! I know there’s many more but I only hear about them doing things like creating laws so plastic bags will never banned in the state. On another note my friend Erik lives owns a home on the same street as Wayne Coyne. His wife was looking out the window one days and asked who the weirdo was jogging up his street and , well, it was he.

Takashi Mizutani is one of the best guitar players that most have ever heard of. If not best, most influential to folks he has no clue he influenced.
