we're between apartments rn and i have to stay at a motel while we get the next one all figured out. idk exactly how long it'll be, a few weeks at the very least. and motels are super expensive. i managed to get a week here secured. but it was like $600

i'm gonna need another $600 next week to continue having a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in. i'm an impoverished neurodivergent trans woman just trying to survive and find stability, please help me continue to survive and keep contributing to this wonderful community. i'm so scared and anxious and exhausted

new vanta following rule: gonna follow peeps back if they make me genuinely have a good laugh

aaaaages ago i used to look thru every single follow i got to follow back cool peeps. but i stopped bein able to do that during the november 2022 waves when i got a big spike. and for like another year or so i kept saying i'd go thru the backlog but eventually just gave up on it lol

i did the math and it woulda been like 10 hours if i gave every profile 20 or so seconds for a quick scan

so then i only started following new peeps when they're in seattle. but i wanna follow MORE cool peeps who aren't just local lol so yeahhhhhh

been tryin to remind myself ever since i became an instance admin that i shouldn't be afraid to talk to peeps on here

i've become far more personable since i started this instance a year ago. i used to never boost and barely ever reply to anybody because i was afraid lol

but now i'm like goin outta my way to be talkin to peeps and such

because, well fuck

i realized if i'm building a community here on cyberpunk.lol

i get to be part of that community

and i WANT to be part of that community

and i shouldn't be afraid
