PSA: I have not yet started working on supporting changes made to Mastodon in the v4.4 branch.

Please keep this in mind before reporting bugs in the form of complaints.

You chose to run a very early version of Mastodon, so don’t expect third-party themes to work properly right away. 🥲

#TangerineUI v2.2 is out!
This ones comes with a couple of small fixes, and improved installation instructions.

There is now an installation script included in the repo, which can be used to install Tangerine UI on your Mastodon instance for the first time, and to automate the process of updating Tangerine UI.

#TangerineUI v2.0 is now officially out!

This is a huge release, and it is the result of *months* of work. Tangerine UI has been redesigned from the ground up, and features a brand-new look.

Not only that, but Tangerine UI v2.0 now also comes in four variants (Tangerine 🍊, Purple 🪻, Cherry 🍒, and Lagoon 🐠), it fully supports the multicolumn layout, + many new features

Tangerine UI v2.0 can be installed on any Mastodon instance that has been upgraded to Mastodon v4.3.0

#TangerineUI v2.0 supports all the new features in Mastodon v4.3.0, including grouped notifications, account hover cards, the new compose field, and more.

The theme also has new features of its own, including custom icons for trending hashtags, better polls, better CWs, and more.

For instances running Mastodon 4.1.x or 4.2.x, please keep using Tangerine UI Legacy (v1.9) instead.

I have just released #TangerineUI v1.9.5 with a workaround for this issue where the bottom toolbar could overlap with the system UI on iOS when Mastodon is added to the Home Screen.
