Dierenrechtenorganisaties kunnen geen rechtzaken meer aanspannen bij gevallen van #dierenmishandeling. Dat heeft het Hof van Cassatie onlangs bepaald. Een voorstel van Groen deze week in de kamercommissie justitie om dit te veranderen, botste op een grote njet (enkel Groen en voorwaar Vlaams Belang stemden voor).
