Choking is dangerous.

We all do it. And I get that we all do it. But it's also way more likely to kill you or your partner than most things.

Your neck has air and blood and nerves and your spine and you can fuck all of those things up, really badly.

Try to reduce the risk by choking less hard or for less long.

If you can do suffocation instead of choking, do suffocation instead.

If you want to choke somebody out, research a blood choke instead of an air choke.
