The “SMTP smuggling” security hole is causing unrest among postmasters before the holidays.

But: Our users at mailbox.org are protected. We are currently activating a config change that works around the problem.

We also use DKIM/DMARC, which also protects us & you.

Die Sicherheitslücke "SMTP-Smuggling" sorgt bei Postmastern für Unruhe vor den Feiertagen.

Aber: Unsere Nutzer bei mailbox.org sind geschützt.

Wir aktivieren gerade einen Config-Change, der das Problem umgeht. Zudem setzen wir DKIM/DMARC ein, was ebenfalls gegen gefälschte Absender schützt.

🎉 New feature: mailbox.org introduces S/MIME in the webmailer

👉 As of now, S/MIME is supported as an additional security measure in the webmailer.
