Here is my first look at the #copyright provisions in the #AIAct agreed during last week's trilogue. The Act will require providers of general purpose AI models to (1) publish sufficiently detailed summaries of the content used for training, and (2) have policies in place to respect EU © law. The latter provision explicitly mentions the need to identify and respect rights holders' opt-outs.
