Otherwise you're gonna be like the lady in front of me at the gas station who was trying really hard not to lose her shit over the fact that the internet was down and they couldn't take credit/debit cards.

(And yeah, I realize the "emergency $20" is more like an "emergency $50" these days.)

To her credit, she did not fully lose her shit, but telling the clerk, "Y'all gotta get better internet, cause you're losing money" is not helpful given that he has zero control over who the company chooses for their internet provider.

So, Sean & Jorge like to jumpscare each other coming out of the litter box.

Yes, it seems like a dick move, but they have established *rules* for this.

The jumper must be behind the chair, a good 4+ feet away from the litter box, and it all waits until the other one is done with the box and walking away - no ambushes while anyone is trying go to the bathroom.

And it cracks me up every time. There is a *protocol* here.

I'm going to be focusing on our local food bank, cause they're definitely gonna need help if these tariffs go through, and I'm trying to find a solid local LGBTQ+ org to help out.

If anyone out there is thinking, "I need to arm myself to the teeth" - I'm not gonna try to dissuade you.

But promise me you'll take every available safety class for whatever hardware you decide to equip yourself with, OK?

Just had the misfortune of actually hearing Trump's Arnold Palmer clip.

I don't even know how better to describe it, but it just sounds like he's got one foot in the grave and another on a banana peel.

So, if I am understanding this correctly, the FBI has a list of 600 US influencers that have been paid by the Russians and/or Russian interests.

Why has that list not been made public? I would think it would be important for folks to know.
