Under certain conditions (for example, composing Antennas or Lists) this proxy profile functions as a remote follower for local accounts.For example, when a local profile adds a remote profile from other instances to their lists, or when he create an "Antenna", if no local profile already follows that remote profile, his activities could not be distributed to local profiles.
