The internet as the defeat of the working class.
(only half joking)

Whether in Palestine, at COP23, or across the Earth's border death zones, it's clear that the state serves only as the grave digger of an increasingly exhausted and exploited world. The 21st century will be marked by the defeat of states or the defeat of life and its conditions.

What we see in Gaza, the US-Mexico Border, the Mediterranean—all of the violent technologies desolating life in these places—is only the experimental phase of a war that will be waged against all of those displaced and dispossessed by increasingly frequent planetary disasters.

This is the future of work. No boss to organize against. No manager to elude or fool. Just opaque algorithms shifting workloads between disposable/replaceable employees.
