The video of the police shooting Corey Ruiz in Wisconsin is as horrifying as it is painfully familiar. Time and again, we’ve watched law enforcement kill Black men with impunity, and leave families and communities devastated. No one should accept this as normal. There must be a full, transparent investigation, and those responsible must be held accountable. But accountability cannot end here.
