Imagine a San Francisco in which...
- restrooms are public and plentiful
- the train is self-driving, frequent, and free
- all parking is paid, so there are always spots readily available
- curbs are always enforced to prevent auto jams
- ride-hail services are tightly regulated
- "self-driving" test vehicles are banned
- police only get around by bike
- single-use plastic bottles are sold nowhere
- a public museum is free and open to all
- restaurants and convenience stores are actually open late
