You never know how extremist anyone is until they feel comfortable around you or they have experience grooming people into a cultish mind frame. I live in an area where the average person is extremist. From anti maskers who "read all the literature" to calling jews evil for the genocide, calls to arrest Fauci,..they don't make themselves obvious but they are also a lot of them. Where can I go when the entire world is becoming further right wing and sympathizing with fascists?

The zionist extremist that I blocked was a little suspicious from the get go so I muted him a long while ago. Not sure how his post got through...I think he commented on my post. He can still see me but I couldn't see him. Anyways, you can't catch them all but when you do, block. You'll never change their mind but they will affect how you function.

The WOC I complained about last year for being fascist sympathizers...well no one believed me that they were trouble. Not on social media or in person. The first sign I caught was their fixation on race. Imagine my shock when they said jews were evil and that illegals should be rounded up like cattle and sent to detention centers. They destroyed my mental health and destabilized my goal in achieving some degree of independence. But society failed all of us.

Being a normal working class citizen makes u depressed, tell me more:

“The morale is low,” another former TV executive said. “People feel overworked and under-appreciated and those who were there for the hayday of the industry feel like the glory days, the fun and glamor of showbiz, are no longer there.”

...this simplistic, naive view of democracy that most of us in America have, which is democracy is great. The founding fathers wanted us to have democracy, it's the best system. “No; democracy is a really difficult and a fairly bad system, Plato said it's the second worst system because it always decays into tyranny. “And so, the American founding fathers read a lot of the ancient Greeks, they knew this and they gave us a Republic with democratic features, you can call it a democratic republic.

    #Teachers are #racist.

As all of these 9- and 10-year-old Black and brown kids started to bring in examples of various types of discriminated-against categories, such as height, weight, and age, I sat there documenting how Ms. Trevor’s lesson about the civil rights movement and segregation ended up having absolutely nothing to do with the matter at hand: racism.

This is actually the nature of white men:

“They were very wise about the nature of humans. James Madison, the architect of the Constitution, has lovely quotes, brilliant quotes about the human tendency toward faction, we’re more inclined to vex and oppress each other than to work together for the common good.”

The founding fathers put constitutional safeguards in place to “slow things down, to prevent people from getting carried away by their passions.”

In the 1950s, then-president Dwight D Eisenhower's secretary of agriculture urged farmers to "get big or get out", and succeeded in passing a bill that watered down laws protecting small family-run farms.

Reagan continued to water down this legislation.

Frerick says this meant his home state of Iowa, which had some of the best soil in North America, was transformed into an industrial wasteland.

It's empty, it's dead, it's barren — you don't see animals, you smell them," he says.

For example, in Iowa, pigs currently outnumber people seven to one.

"We basically shove most animals into these massive sheds called confinements, where they never see a blade of grass."

He says where Iowa used to be made up of independent, middle-class family farms, it is now mostly families of low-wage workers employed by the mega-rich and often out-of-town agricultural barons.

And Frerick believes these mega-rich baron families have one thing in common which led to their success.

"They were willing to cross ethical lines others weren't willing to cross. [For instance] most hog farmers weren't willing to pack thousands of their animals into a windless metal shed," he says.

Any system that undercompensates for serious harm implicates more than claimants’ wallets. It undercuts a key objective of our justice system: deterring bad behavior.

Although bankruptcy advocates tend to focus on financial compensation, other issues are also at stake. Injured people in pursuit of accountability for organizational wrongdoing have found their diversion to the bankruptcy system frustrating and unfair, more business than justice.

The perception of unfairness is especially strong in Texas two-step cases. Earlier this year, a bipartisan trio of senators and 24 states and the District of Columbia unsuccessfully implored the Supreme Court to override the Fourth Circuit decisions that enable profitable and thriving companies to keep personal injury claimants, some of whom are severely ill and dying, from pursuing their claims in other courts. #bankruptcy

The Supreme Court’s examination of Purdue Pharma’s case also presents an opportunity to consider how expansive use of the national bankruptcy system can create tension with constitutional principles. For example, some experts worry that these cases insufficiently protect the due process of people who discover harm long after a bankruptcy case has changed their rights. Using bankruptcy to shift control away from claimants and halt lawsuits also has implications for federalism. #supremecourt

Overall, these cases pose challenges bigger than the matter the Supreme Court must decide in Purdue Pharma. The looming question remains whether we the people may be at greater risk — monetarily, bodily, constitutionally — when a system designed for restructuring the debt of financially distressed companies is retrofitted for other policy problems. #fraud

Marxists are racist too, I'll call out anyone and everyone. Not to shame any social justice group or ideology but to show that no group is better than another. The second we think so, the more extreme we become and the more hate goes around.
