Yeah agreed. For this game, I added random lightning (sound and on screen) the last minute before I submitted and a slight horror BGM just for that atmosphere!

Ah yeah! I really enjoy escape room games too! Especially the ones that are out of this world—like with mystery devices, space teleports, time warps, and all those wild elements (antique but advanced at the same time).

Imagine putting an engraved cylinder into a phonograph and get teleported? Oh that’s actually a hint for the next in my escape room game series😃

I apologize for my (super) late reply! Sora is one of my projects to experiment with what’s possible for the Fediverse.

Recently I added video tab, and a P2P video call feature (call others using Fediverse credentials).

I’ll continue to work hard on bringing more functionalities to the Fediverse!

✨Introducing Voice & Video call on the Fediverse ✨

Schedule a call by inputting the other’s Fediverse handles.
Invitees will see a Join button in your invite post to join the call.

- Calls are done using Peer-To-Peer (private)
- Encryption (GCM, ECDSA)
- Use AR Video effects.
- Works for iOS and Mac.

In the next version, I will add screen sharing!

Yes. For the App Store build when this is released, it’ll support one of these two options for encryption:

Since I’m more experienced in iOS dev, yes Sora only has the iOS version at this moment.

Sora was released last year… months before that video generator… so maybe it’s good to ask OpenAI that same question 🤔😂

You input another person’s Fediverse handle, schedule a meeting. Other person will see the meeting in notification tab (Sora reads post mention), tap button, start 😄 and then you have a voice video call with each other

Yep that’s a good idea! I’ll try to see how to make this more standardized so it can be used as a plugin to Fediverse instances. Basically the instance can handle the handshake process and then the video/voice can be done P2P.

Yeah I mean I feel excited to explore and see what’s possible, so no matter how it goes I learned a lot and had some fun (like writing the server implementation of the handshake process 😂 so it does not use web socket

I did a speed demo of SoraSNS today at #FediForum ✨🧑💻

This is the first #Fediverse related event I joined and I was surprised by the passion and energy of the people building a better, decentralized future together👏

It’s truly a wonderful event!

I got more hyped about the Fediverse!

Next year I’ll definitely join again and even attempt to run a session.
